This policy explains what information Kohye collects, why, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We do not currently collect payment information.

2. How we use your information

We use it to create and run your account, save and display your progress, secure the Service, and improve how Kohye works.

3. Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to operate Kohye, including Supabase (authentication and database) and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies and local storage

To keep you logged in across pages, your browser stores a session token locally. This is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above as needed to run Kohye, or where required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access or update your account information, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

7. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your associated data, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

8. Children

Kohye is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
