1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Kohye (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Kohye is
Kohye is an educational practice platform for financial modeling, valuation, and interview preparation. It is provided for learning and practice only. Nothing on Kohye is financial, investment, legal, tax, or career advice, and Kohye is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, exchange, or employer.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute Kohye’s problems, answer keys, or other content; share answer keys or solutions in a way that undermines the Service; attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent security or access controls; or use the Service in any unlawful way.
5. Content and intellectual property
Kohye and its content, including problems, explanations, and design, are owned by Kohye and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own practice. Anything you submit remains yours, but you grant us permission to process it to operate the Service.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kohye is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
